Kellogg Executive Education
The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University offers a range of non-degree programs that are geared toward business executives. The Kellogg Executive Education programs are residential in nature and take place at both the Evanston, Illinois and the Miami, Florida campus locations. The Kellogg Executive Education programs can range in length from brief 1-5 day courses to classes that meet periodically over twelve months’ time. None of these programs are currently offered online.
–The Kellogg Executive Education Open Enrollment Programs are designed for career executives who wish to focus on one specific topic of the business realm. These courses can last anywhere from one to five days. Some of the topics covered in the Open Enrollment courses are Leadership, Strategy, Marketing and Sales, and Finance and Accounting.
–The Kellogg Executive Education General Management Programs are more time-intensive than the Open Enrollment Programs. The General Management Programs are suitable for mid-level executives or senior executives who have at least ten years’ experience in management. These programs include the Advanced Executive Program (4 weeks in length), the Executive Development Program (3 weeks in length), and the Women’s Senior Leadership Program (three-day sessions that meet four times over twelve months).
–Students who enroll in the Kellogg Executive Education Scholars Program have the opportunity to earn a Certificate of Professional Achievement. The requirement for receiving this Kellogg Executive Education Certificate is the completion of four executive programs. Certificates are awarded in areas that include General Management, Financial Management, and Nonprofit Management.
