University of Chicago MBA Program

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business offers several different formats of the Master of Business Administration degree program. Students who are interested in applying for a University of Chicago MBA program can choose from the Full-Time program, Evening and Weekend program, or the Executive program. Each University of Chicago MBA program has separate requirements and schedules, and all programs allow students to earn an accredited MBA degree.


–The Full-Time option is a University of Chicago MBA program that is 21 months in duration and requires participation in three courses per quarter. There is no minimum requirement for work experience or GMAT scores, though students in the program have an average of five years’ work experience and GMAT scores of 710. International students who are not native English speakers must take the TOEFL when applying to the program.

–The Evening and Weekend option is a University of Chicago MBA program that is between 2 ½ and 3 years in length for most students, though they are able to earn their degree in a maximum of five years. On average, students who enroll in this program carry two classes per quarter. The GMAT is required for all applicants to this University of Chicago MBA program.


–The Executive option is a University of Chicago MBA program that is 21 months in duration and requires participants to spend time at all three campus locations in Chicago, Singapore, and London. The Executive MBA program is designed for experienced career professionals.
